Venue Policies
All ticket sales are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
The resale of tickets is prohibited. Freeman Arts Pavilion reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or revoke services, privileges and tickets for those suspected of violating our ticket resale policy. The only authorized seller of Freeman Arts Pavilion tickets is our website, freemanarts.org. We maintain no relationships with third-party ticket vendors who resell tickets above face value. Patrons assume full risk of fraudulent tickets purchased or obtained through unauthorized vendors.
Will Call tickets may be picked up at the onsite box office on performance days beginning at noon (12 p.m.). Guests must show photo identification that matches the name of the ticket purchaser and the original email confirmation. On performance days, the Box Office will remain open until showtime.
All performances are rain or shine.
Re-entry is not permitted.
Guests may purchase up to 8 seats per event or per artists' requests.
Guests will be permitted to bring a single clear plastic/vinyl bag (no larger than 13" x 15") of personal items. Ziploc bags are permitted. Small bags no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" with no more than one pocket are also permitted.
Tailgating is prohibited.
No outside food or beverages (including reusable water bottles/cups, stainless steel koozies and factory-sealed water bottles).
Soft koozies, empty Freeman Arts Pavilion wine carafes and empty Freeman Arts Pavilion refillable water bottles are permitted.
Chairs in carrying bags must be removed before entering the security lines. If your chair has a canopy, you will need to put the canopy down at the start of the performance.
Freeman Arts Pavilion is a smoke-free venue, including the use of electronic smoking devices.
Recording policies are at the band's discretion and may change on a per-show basis. You may bring your camera with the understanding that you may have to return it to your car that evening. No professional-grade cameras (indicated by a detachable lens and/or lens longer than 3" in size) are permitted. No drones are allowed per federal regulation.
Your attendance at events presented by Freeman Arts Pavilion may be digitally recorded through photographs or video recordings. These images may be posted on our website, in local publications, on the internet, as well as in printed and digital marketing/promotional materials.
Please be courteous and aware of those around you. That includes refraining from loud conversations, talking on cellphones, or engaging in otherwise inappropriate behavior.
Go with the flow when it comes to dancing and sitting. Expect that your neighbors may stand up to dance.
Except for service animals, pets are not permitted.
Shirts and shoes are required and must be worn at all times.
All patrons of Freeman Arts Pavilion agree to abide by all federal, state, and local laws.
The safety of our guests, team, and artists is our highest priority. We will continue to monitor the safety guidelines set forth by the CDC and the state, as these policies may change over time.
